• We predict another year of increase in property value. When will the rise stop? For some areas, it already has while some areas are crazy HOT. Yes, we raised an eyebrow to this too;) 
• The current up-tic in Toronto sale values could re-create a 2017 market, but in 2020 we expect to see a new twist. 
• We drilled down into the numbers keen to find the opportunities and there are some very clear and consistent patterns that we believe could be leveraged to your benefit.
